The NCPA Ownership Academy is pleased to offer the Pharmacy Ownership Workshop, sponsored by McKesson. This unique opportunity is specifically designed for pharmacists considering pharmacy ownership or desiring additional management skills.
The Pharmacy Ownership Workshop will assist pharmacists in the development of tools that will guide them in pharmacy ownership and enhance their current management skills. More than 50 percent of past Workshop participants now own their own pharmacy.

This program will provide each participant with up to 19.25 hours of continuing pharmacy education (1.925 CEU).

NCPA Announces Ownership Workshop Dates for 2013
Aspiring independent pharmacy owners and current owners seeking to expand their business will have several opportunities in 2013 to attend the industry-leading pharmacy ownership program: NCPA’s Ownership Workshop, sponsored by McKesson. Before the contracting, before the leasing, before the business plan—this three-day course provides an intensive curriculum of finance, business analysis, marketing, merchandising and much more. In 2013, NCPA is offering entrepreneurs multiple chances to participate: May 17-19 in Seattle and Aug. 23-25 in Arlington, VA at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City.
Pharmacy owners will be on hand with advice on getting started and the risk and the rewards of pharmacy ownership. Over half of the workshop participants go on to own their own pharmacy.
Class size is limited to the first 75 paid registrants, so be sure to register early.
